| Abstract: | Analýza a návrh business intelligence pro stavební firmu je bakalářská práce, jenž má za cíl vytvoření self service business intelligence (dále jen SSBI) pro stavební firmu v programu Microsoft PowerBI. Stavební firmou v této práci je firma, která na trhu vystupuje jako generální dodavatel. Jedná se o středně velkou firmu s více než desetiletou zkušeností na stavebním trhu. Za účelem vytvoření SSBI je vytvořena analýza firmy s důrazem na popis procesů ve firmě. Procesy ve firmě jsou popsány jak slovně, tak i za pomoci EPC diagramů a příslušných tabulek. Práce poskytuje pohled na stavební odvětví podle několika ukazatelů a jsou popsány trendy, které se již ve stavebnictví objevují a lze očekávat, že jejich důležitost poroste. V Microsoft PowerBI je vytvořený dimenzionální model zaměřený na výrobní oddělení stavební společnosti a správu realizace stavebních projektů. Tento model umožňuje navrhnout různé ukazatele a grafy, které jsou poté integrovány do komplexnějších dashboardů. Tyto dashboardy poskytují rychlejší přehled a zlepšují efektivitu v procesu rozhodování. |

| Abstract: | Analysis and design of business intelligence for a construction company is a bachelor thesis, which aims to create self service business intelligence (SSBI) for a construction company in Microsoft PowerBI. The construction firm in this thesis is a company that acts as a general contractor in the market. It is a medium sized firm with more than a decade of experience in the construction market. In order to create the SSBI, an analysis of the firm is created with an emphasis on describing the firm's processes. The firm's processes are described both verbally and using EPC digrams and relevant tables. The paper provides a view of the construction industry according to several indicators and trends that are already emerging in the construction industry and can be expected to grow in importance are described. A dimensional model is created in Microsoft PowerBI, focusing on the production department of a construction company and the management of construction project execution. This model allows the design of various indicators and charts, which are then integrated into more complex dashboards. These dashboards provide a faster overview and improve efficiency in the decision-making process. |
