| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit efektivní a uživatelsky přívětivý nástroj pro manažery k monitorování KPI a rozhodování na základě dat. Výsledným nástrojem je dashboard, jenž je snadno použitelný a vhodný pro různé typy podniků. K dosažení hlavního cíle bylo stanoveno několik dílčích cílů. Prvním z nich byla implementace samotné šablony v nástroji Microsoft Power BI, navržené tak, aby byla snadno použitelná a přizpůsobitelná pro různé typy podniků. Druhý cíl zahrnoval vytvoření doporučení a varování na základě analýzy KPI. Třetí cíl se týkal testování použitelnosti dashboardu, které bylo provedeno pomocí metody System Usability Scale. Posledním cílem bylo identifikovat potenciální překážky a výzvy spojené s implementací dashboardu. Stanovených cílů bylo dosaženo díky kombinaci rešerše zdrojů, teoretických znalosti získaných během studia a praktických zkušeností autorky. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je šablona dashboardu, vyvinutá dle dokumentace dostupné na portálech MBI a MBI-AF. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to create an effective and user-friendly tool for managers to monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions. To achieve the main goal, several additional goals were set. The first additional goal was the implementation of the template itself in Microsoft Power BI, designed to be easy to use and customizable for different types of companies. The second goal involved creating recommendations and alerts based on KPI analysis. The third goal included testing the usability of the dashboards using the System Usability Scale method. The final goal was to identify potential challenges associated with the implementation of the dashboard. All stated goals were achieved through a combination of sources research, theoretical knowledge gained during the study and the author’s practical experience. The result of the bachelor thesis is a dashboard template developed according to the documentation available on the MBI and MBI-AF portals. |
