| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce představuje rozsáhlou analýzu mezd a platů v Pardubickém kraji za období let 2011 až 2022, s predikcemi pro roky 2023 a 2024. Hlavním cílem je poskytnout ucelený pohled na vývoj mezd a platů a analyzovat jejich rozdíly mezi různými socioekonomickými skupinami, jako jsou věk, pohlaví a kategorie zaměstnání. Práce vychází z dat Informačního systému o průměrném výdělku a využívá kvantitativní metody v programu Statgraphics, spolu s Microsoft Excel pro další zpracování. Struktura práce se dělí na dvě části: teoretickou, která vymezuje základní pojmy a metodologie, a praktickou, ve které jsou tyto metody aplikovány. Z praktické části vyplývá kontinuální růst mediánů výdělků. Odhaduje se, že medián mzdy bude v následujících dvou letech pokračovat v růstu, přičemž se očekává, že i medián platu bude sledovat podobný vzestupný trend. Analytický přehled ukazuje, že výdělky žen byly po celé sledované období nižší než mužů. Nejvyšší roční růst mediánu byl zaznamenán u zaměstnanců se základním, nedokončeným a středoškolským vzděláním bez maturity, zatímco nejnižší u vysokoškoláků a zaměstnanců s vyšším odborným a bakalářským vzděláním. Z analýzy podle klasifikace zaměstnání CZ ISCO vyplývá, že čím vyšší jsou dovednosti vyžadované pro profesi, tím vyšší jsou výdělky zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of wages and salaries in the Pardubice Region between 2011 and 2022, with predictions for the years 2023 and 2024. The main objective is to provide a comprehensive view of the development of wages and salaries and to analyse their differences among different socio-economic groups, such as age, gender, and employment category. The thesis is based on data from the Average Earnings Information System and uses quantitative methods in Statgraphics, along with Microsoft Excel for further processing. The structure of the thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical part, which defines the basic concepts and methodologies, and a practical part, in which these methods are applied. The practical part indicates the continuous growth of median earnings. It is estimated that the median wage will continue to grow over the next two years, with the median salary also expected to follow a similar upward trend. The analytical overview shows that women's earnings were lower than men's throughout the entire period under review. The highest annual growth in the median wage was observed among employees with primary, incomplete, and secondary education without a maturita exam, while the lowest growth was observed among university graduates and employees with higher vocational and bachelor's degrees. Analysis according to the CZ ISCO classification indicates that the higher the skills required for the profession, the higher the earnings of employees. |
