| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem Business Intelligence řešení pro pojišťovacího zprostředkovatele, konkrétně pro společnost ČSOB Pojišťovací makléř, s.r.o. Hlavním cílem této práce je navrhnout Business Intelligence řešení, které by efektivně splňovalo potřeby firmy, usnadnilo sledování klíčových ukazatelů a proces rozhodování. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle byly použity informace získané od společnosti a z veřejně dostupných zdrojů. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány pojistný trh, základní pojmy a jeho současný stav. Následně je představena společnost ČSOB Pojišťovací makléř, s.r.o. a její rozsah podnikání. Praktická část se zabývá návrhem BI řešení odpovídajícího aktuálním potřebám firmy. Na závěr je toto řešení transformováno do pilotní aplikace prostřednictvím nástroje Power BI. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and design of a Business Intelligence solution for an insurance intermediary, specifically for the company ČSOB Pojišťovací makléř, s.r.o. The main objective of this thesis is to suggest a Business Intelligence solution that effectively meets the needs of the company, facilitates monitoring of key indicators, and decision-making processes. In order to achieve this goal, information obtained from the company and publicly available sources was used. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the insurance market, basic concepts, and its current state. After that, the company ČSOB Pojišťovací makléř, s.r.o. and its scope of business are introduced. The practical part focuses on the design of a BI solution that corresponds to the current needs of the company. Finally, this solution is transformed into a pilot application using the Power BI tool. |
