| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem BI řešení pro firmu poskytující montáže a servis kotlů. Řešení je tvořeno pro AGA PLYNSERVIS s.r.o. Cílem práce je vytvořit analytickou aplikaci, která pomůže firmě zefektivnit řízení a strategické rozhodování. Hlavní cíl je rozdělen do čtyř dílčích cílů, kdy první dílčí cíl se věnuje vymezení odvětví montážních služeb, druhý dílčí cíl se věnuje analýze vybrané firmy pro identifikaci potřeb a požadavků na BI, třetí dílčí cíl se zaměřuje na dimenzionální modelování, přičemž je vytvořen hrubý dimenzionální model a fyzický datový model, a poslední dílčí cíl se věnuje návrhu BI aplikace, kde jsou tvořeny dashboardy a reporty. K dosažení cílů jsou využity metody jako analýza firemních a internetových zdrojů, komparace a strategické analýzy, včetně Porterova modelu pěti sil, finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Pro hlubší porozumění potřebám podniku byly nezbytné řízené rozhovory s majitelem společnosti. Mezi hlavní přínosy práce patří především vytvořené dashboardy, které umožní společnosti lépe monitorovat a optimalizovat náklady, výkonnost a podporovat rozhodování. Dalšími přínosy jsou výstupy z analýz, které odhalují silné a slabé stránky podniku. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and design of a BI solution for a company providing installation and maintenance of boilers. The solution is created for AGA PLYNSERVIS s.r.o. The main objective of the thesis is to create an analytical application that will help the company to improve management and decision making. The main objective is divided into four sub-objectives where the first one focuses on defining the installation services industry, the second one focuses on analysing the selected company to identify BI needs and requirements, the third one focuses on dimensional modelling where a rough dimensional model and physical data model are created, and the last one focuses on designing a BI application where dashboards and reports are created. To achieve the objectives, methods such as analysis of company and internet resources, comparisons and strategic analysis, including Porter's five forces model, financial analysis and SWOT analysis are used. To gain a deeper understanding of the needs of the company, guided interviews with the owner of the company were essential. The main contributions of the thesis include the created dashboards, which will allow the company to better monitor and optimize costs, performance and support decision-making. Other contributions are the outputs of the analyses that reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the company. |
