| Abstract: | Modely hromadné obsluhy jsou důležitým nástrojem při snaze efektivně nastavit fungování systému s omezeným počtem zdrojů (obslužných zařízení). V této bakalářské práci jsou tyto metody využity pro analýzu zubních ordinací v Karlovarském kraji, kde je dle údajů České stomatologické komory počet obyvatel na jednoho zubaře jedním z nejvyšších v ČR. Využita jsou reálná data za rok 2023, poskytnuta zubaři z této oblasti. První část je věnovaná teorii, týkající se této problematiky. Následně jsou tyto metody aplikovány na vybrané zubaře a zkoumána dostupnost zdravotnické péče pro pacienty. Závěrem jsou prezentovány zjištěné charakteristiky zkoumaného systému a případná doporučení vedoucí k zefektivnění jeho fungování. |

| Abstract: | The queuing systems are an important tool when trying to efficiently set up an operation of a system with a limited number of resources. In this bachelor thesis these methods are used to analyse dental practises in the Karlovy Vary region, where, according to the data of the Czech Dental Chamber, the number of inhabitants per dentist is one of the highest in the Czech Republic. Real data for 2023, provided by dentists in the area, are used. The first part is devoted to the theory related to this issue. Subsequently, the methods are used on selected dentists and the accessibility of health care for the patients is investigated. Finally, the characteristics of the examined system are presented and possible recommendations leading to its more efficient functioning are presented. |
