| Abstract: |
Diplomová práce má za hlavní cíl identifikovat silné a slabé stránky metodiky Dual Track Agile approach oproti standardním moderním agilním metodikám ve vývoji softwaru. Metodiky pro vývoj softwaru prošly za posledních několik let bouřlivým vývojem od tradičních po agilní. Nový agilní přístup byl použit i ve společnosti Unicorn a vznikla metodika Dual Track Agile approach. Jedná se o soubor nástrojů podporující vývoj softwaru. Tato metodika dosud nebyla vědecky prozkoumaná, a proto tato diplomová práce zhodnotí její aplikaci na dvou současně probíhajících projektech. |

| Abstract: |
The main objective of the thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Dual Track Agile approach compared to standard modern agile methodologies in software development. Software development methodologies have evolved from traditional to agile over the last few years. The new agile approach has also been applied at Unicorn and the Dual Track Agile approach methodology has been established. This serve as a set of tools supporting software development. This methodology has not yet been explored and therefore this thesis will evaluate its application on two ongoing projects. |
