Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikace, zhodnocení aplikačního portfolia společnosti poskytující služby v event managementu za pomocí McFarlanova modelu a identifikace trendů oblasti event managementu. V první kapitole se je věnováno rešerší literatury za účelem nalezení řešení cílů bakalářské práce. Druhá kapitola popisuje sektor event managementu a identifikuje současné trendy v sektoru. Ve třetí kapitole je shrnuta metodika zvolená pro dosažení cílů práce, zahrnující přípravu výzkumu, sběr a zpracování dat a následné hodnocení. Čtvrtá kapitola aplikuje tuto metodiku na konkrétní event managementovou společnost. Výstupem práce je soupis aplikací a jeho vyhodnocení za použití McFarlanova modelu. Závěrečná část práce shrnuje a hodnotí získané výsledky práce. |

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to identify and evaluate the application portfolio of a company providing event management services using McFarlan's model, as well as to identify event management trends. The first chapter is dedicated to literature research in order to find solutions to the thesis' goals. The second chapter provides an overview of the event management industry and highlights current trends. The third chapter summarizes the methodology used to achieve the project's objectives, including research preparation, data collection and processing, and subsequent evaluation. The fourth chapter applies this methodology to a particular event management company. The work results in a list of applications and their evaluation using McFarlan's model. The thesis concludes with a summary and evaluation of the obtained results. |
