| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout a implementovat Self-Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) řešení pro detailní analýzu nákladů na IT. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvoření nástroje ve formě interaktivních dashboardů umožňujících lepší a efektivnější rozhodování při plánování rozpočtu v oblasti IT v podnikovém prostředí. Teoretická část práce se věnuje základním pojmům v oblasti SSBI, dále následuje zanoření do tématiky řízení ekonomiky IT s důrazem na úlohu analýzy nákladů na IT, což poskytuje nutný teoretický rámec pro následující praktickou část. Následně se práce věnuje základnímu popisu společnosti, po kterém je představena analýza stávajícího řešeni s definovanými požadavky. Hlavní část práce je založená na podkladech představených v první teoretické části práce. V této části je na konkrétním příkladu popsán proces návrhu a implementace řešení, poté testování a vyhodnocení zpětné vazby od uživatelů. Výsledný produkt bude používán vedením společnosti pro sledování nákladů na IT a bude dále užitečný i pro ostatní oddělení společnosti pro oblast sledování rozvoje nákladu na IT a plánování rozpočtů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement a Self-Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) solution for detailed IT cost analysis. The main objective of the thesis was to create a tool in the form of interactive dashboards to enable better and more effective decision making in IT budget planning in an enterprise environment. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the basic concepts in the field of SSBI, followed by a delving into the topic of IT economic management with emphasis on the role of IT cost analysis, which provides the necessary theoretical framework for the following practical part. Subsequently, the thesis deals with a basic description of the company, after which an analysis of the existing solution with defined requirements is presented. The main part of the thesis is based on the background presented in the first theoretical part. In this part, the process of designing and implementing the solution, then testing and evaluating user feedback is described using a concrete example. The resulting product will be used by the company management for IT cost tracking and will be further useful for other departments in the company for IT cost development and budget planning. |
