| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím mHealth aplikací v léčbě idiopatických střevních zánětů. Cílem první části práce je uvést čtenáře do problematiky mHealth a idiopatických střevních zánětů. V druhé části práce jsou pak identifikovány klíčové funkcionality aplikací v kontextu idiopatických střevních zánětů, a to na základě analýzy stávajících studií těchto aplikací a následně na základě dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníkové šetření také slouží k získání povědomí o využití těchto aplikací mezi pacienty. Metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s lékařem jsou následně prokonzultovány získané funkcionality těchto aplikací a jejich možné využití v běžné lékařské praxi. Mezi hlavní výstupy, které tato práce přináší patří identifikované funkcionality mHealth aplikací, analýza využití aplikací a funkcionalit pacienty v ČR a následné zhodnocení využití analyzovaných funkcionalit ve spojení s lékařskou praxí, společně s návrhem implementace těchto funkcionalit. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the usage of mHealth apps in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. The aim of the first part of the thesis is to introduce mHealth and inflammatory bowel disease to the reader. The second part of the thesis then identifies the key functionalities of the apps in the context of inflammatory bowel disease, based on my analysis of existing studies of these apps, followed by a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey also serves to get awareness of the use of these apps among patients. A semistructured interview with a physician is then used to discuss the acquired functionalities of these apps and their potential use in standard medical practice. The main outcome of this thesis include the identified functionalities of mHealth applications, analysis of the use of the applications and functionalities by patients in the Czech Republic, and an evaluation of the use of the analysed functionalities in connection with medical practice, together with a suggestion for the implementation of these functionalities. |
