| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést komplexní analýzu ergonomie státního webu Portalobcana.cz, identifikovat problémová místa a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení uživatelských zkušeností. Práce popisue analýzu ergonomie webu Portalobcana.cz s cílem odhalit problematická místa, které ovlivňují použitelnost webu. Analýza je provedena na základě metody Heuristic Evaluation, používané v oblasti ergonomie a designu rozhraní. Provedený výzkum odhalil několik problematických míst, která mají negativní vliv na uživatelskou zkušenost. Hlavním zjištěním však je to, že hodnocený web většinou splňuje potřeby a očekávání uživatelů, splňuje svoje cíle a nevyžaduje totální přepracování. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou vyvinuty pokyny pro zlepšení ergonomie portálu veřejné správy, které zahrnují optimalizaci struktury a navigace webu, zlepšení vizuální přitažlivosti a funkčnosti webu a zlepšení systému zpětné vazby. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky provedené analýzy a popsány další možnosti pro zlepšení uživatelských zkušeností na státním webu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a comprehensive analysis of the ergonomics of the state web Portalobcana.cz, identify problem areas and propose recommendations to improve the user experience. This work describes the process of the web ergonomics analysis of Portalobcana.cz in order to detect problematic sites that affect the usability of the website. The analysis is carried out based on the heuristic Evaluation method, used in the field of ergonomics and interface design. The conducted research revealed several problematic places that have a negative impact on the user experience. However, the main finding was that the evaluated site mostly meets the needs and expectations of users, meets its goals and does not require a total overhaul. Based on the results of the analysis, are developed recommendations to improve the ergonomics of the public administration portal, which include optimizing the structure and navigation of the site, improving the visual appeal and functionality as well as the feedback system and user services. In conclusion of the work, the results of the conducted analysis are summarized and further possibilities for improving user experiences on the government website are described. |
