Attitudes towards the use and user evaluation of selected aspects of the quality of IS data boxes in the traditional crafts segment

This bachelor's thesis focuses on finding out the satisfaction and evaluation of data boxes by tradesmen in the field of traditional crafts in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the thesis a search of available sources was carried out. Here, the basic things about data boxes and the theory of adoption were better outlined. Subsequently, in the second part of it, a questionnaire survey was designed using the research already conducted in Hong Kong. The questions used in the original research have been translated and revised. The aim of this revised research work was to answer three research questions. (1) Is the relationship between the constructs statistically significant? (2) What is the satisfaction of data box users with respect to the characteristics of the respondent? (3) How do the users feel about the duty to have the data boxes? Subsequently, the questionnaire survey was launched and disseminated on social networks and in person among tradesmen in the Louny District. A total of 86 responses were obtained to answer the defined research questions. According to the results of the research, it can be deduced that there is a generally negative attitude towards data boxes among the respondents. In addition, a very strong connection between internet self-sufficiency and satisfaction with the use of data boxes was found. On the subject of the duty to have data boxes, disagreement was found with the current decision. There was also found to be a low need for data boxes, which affects all of the constructs already mentioned.
