| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje v první části teoretickému úvodu do problematiky simulace. V druhé časti se práce věnuje simulaci podnikového procesu provozu autoservisu. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat chod autoservisu a tři vybrané změny v provozu, které by mohli přispět ke zlepšení efektivity jeho chodu. Jako vhodný nástroj pro dosažení cíle byla zvolena simulace. Simulační model autoservisu je vytvořen v programu SIMUL8. Výsledky těchto změn v provozu označovaných jako experimenty jsou porovnány se základním modelem autoservisu a následně je vyhodnocen experiment, který by mohl mít největší dopad na systém v porovnání zlepšení chodu systému oproti nákladům na implementování změny. |

| Abstract: | The first part of this bachelor thesis provides a theoretical introduction to the topic of simulation. The second part focuses on simulating the operational processes of a car service center. The main objective is to analyze operations of the car service center and three selected changes aimed at enhancing its efficiency. Simulation was chosen as an appropriate tool to achieve this goal. The simulation of the car service center is developed using SIMUL8 software. The outcomes of these operational changes, referred to as experiments, are compared with baseline model of the car service center. Subsequently, an evaluation is conducted to determine which experiment could yield the most significant impact on the system compared to the cost of associated with implementing the change. |
