| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je uplatnit metody oceňování podniku v praxi prostřednictvím případové studie ocenění investiční hodnoty společnosti GEVORKYAN a.s. k datu 31.12.2023. Výsledky z tohoto výzkumu mohou posloužit jako klíčové informace pro investory, vedení společnosti a také pro odborníky v oblasti ocenění podniků. K ocenění byly použity metody diskontovaných peněžních toků a porovnání s tržními multiplikátory, přičemž byla oceněná hodnota porovnána s aktuální tržní cenou akcií na pražské burze. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this thesis is to apply business valuation methods in practice through a case study of the investment value assessment of GEVORKYAN a.s. as of December 31, 2023. The results of this research can provide key information for investors, company management, and also for experts in the field of business valuation. The valuation used methods of discounted cash flows and valuation using multiples, where the assessed value was compared with the current market price of the shares on the Prague stock exchange. |
