| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem migrace a jeho vlivem na trh práce v České republice v období od roku 2004, kdy ČR vstoupila do Evropské unie až po současnost, tedy rok 2023.Cílem je využití ekonomických modelů a komparace se situací v Německu k zhodnocení vlivu tohoto fenoménu na pracovní trh. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na popis ekonomických modelů, politik a metodologických pojmů s problematikou spojených. Věnuje pozornost migrační politice v České republice, Německu a jejich ovlivnění Evropskou Unií. Praktická část využívá pojmů teoretické části a věnuje se jejich analýze. Zkoumá věkovou a národnostní strukturu migrantů, jejich kvalifikaci a uplatnění na trhu práce. Pro Česku republiku analyzuje zaměstnanost dle NACE rev.2. V závěru praktické části také zkoumá predikci do roku 2100 pro oba státy. Klíčovým závěrem této práce je skutečnost, že migrace má s jejím rostoucím podílem v populaci značný vliv na vývoj ekonomiky, a proto je zapotřebí věnovat čas řádné interakci cizinců pro jejich zařazení do trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is about migration and its impact on the labour market in the Czech Republic from 2004 to 2023 The thesis uses economic models and comparison with Germany to evaluate the impact on the labour market. The theoretical part focuses on the description of economic models, policies and methodological concepts related to this phenomenon. It pays attention to the influence of the EU to migration policies in the Czech Republic and Germany. The practical part uses the concepts of the theoretical part for analysis. It examines the age and nationality structure of migrants, their qualifications and employment in the labour market. It analyses employment according to NACE rev.2 in the Czech Republic and the end of the practical part also examines the prediction until 2100 for both countries. The main conclusion is that migration affects the economy more significantly with its growth. That is why the integration of migrants into the labour market is important. |
