| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou uplatnění absolventů středních škol v České republice se zvláštním zřetelem na okres Beroun. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení uplatnění absolventů středních škol a zjistit, zda jsou jejich očekávání o trhu práce odlišná od reality. Teoretická část definuje odborné pojmy z oblasti trhu práce, jako jsou nabídka a poptávka po práci, lidský kapitál a nezaměstnanost. V praktické části se práce zabývá analýzou uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce v České republice a charakteristikou zkoumaného správního celku okresu Beroun za pomocí dat z Národního pedagogického institutu a Českého statistického úřadu. Další metodou je analýza dat o uplatnění absolventů jednotlivých středních škol v okrese Beroun, na základě dat z úřadu práce a statistik, které si jednotlivé školy vedou. Poslední kapitolou v praktické části je dotazníkové šetření provedené mezi studenty a absolventy středních škol v daném okrese. Nejhůře uplatnitelnou skupinou jsou středoškoláci s výučním listem kategorie E, tedy nízkokvalifikovaného všeobecného odborného vzdělání. Očekávání studentů o uplatnění se na trhu práce jsou v některých případech odlišná od reality, a to zejména v oblasti finančního ohodnocení za odvedenou práci. Studenti mají představu nástupního platu/mzdy vyšší, než je současná nabídka na trhu práce. Práce přináší budoucím absolventům a studentům středních škol v daném okrese lepší přehled o současné situaci na trhu práce a díky tomu může pomoci při jejich rozhodování o zaměstnání nebo výběru střední školy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the employment of secondary school graduates in the Czech Republic with special reference to the Beroun district. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the situation of employment of secondary school graduates and to find out whether their expectations about the labour market are different from reality. The theoretical part defines professional concepts from the labour market, such as labour supply and demand, human capital and unemployment. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of graduates' labour market participation in the Czech Republic and the characteristics of the studied administrative unit of the Beroun district using data from the National Institute of Education and the Czech Statistical Office. Another method is the analysis of data on the employment of graduates of individual secondary schools in the Beroun district, based on data from the Labour Office and statistics maintained by individual schools. The last chapter in the practical part is a questionnaire survey conducted among students and graduates of secondary schools in the district. The most difficult group to employ are secondary school students with a vocational certificate in category E. Students' expectations of employment in the labour market are in most cases completely different from reality. The bachelor thesis provides future graduates and students of secondary schools in the district with a better overview of the current situation on the labour market and can therefore help them in their decision-making process regarding employment or the choice of secondary school. |
