| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému odměňování v konkrétním podniku. Cílem této práce je navrhnout možné změny v tomto systému tak, aby byl více efektivním firemním nástrojem. V teoretické části práce jsou podrobně popsány pojmy a definice, které se dané problematiky týkají. Nejvýznamnějším pojmem zde je motivace, která hraje při odměňování zásadní roli. Následně je v praktické části zanalyzován systém odměňování zkoumané společnosti a pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou vyhodnoceny odpovědi zaměstnanců. V závěru práce jsou všechny dosavadně získané informace využity pro návrh změn ve firemním systému odměňování, čímž je splněn primární cíl. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of the remuneration system in a specific company. The aim of this thesis is to suggest possible changes in this system to make it a more effective corporate tool. The theoretical part of the thesis describes in detail the concepts and definitions that relate to the issue. The most important concept here is motivation, which plays a crucial role in remuneration. Subsequently, in the practical part, the remuneration system of the company under study is analysed and employee responses are evaluated by means of a questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, all the information obtained so far is used to propose changes in the company's remuneration system, thus fulfilling the primary objective. |
