| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Evropským fondem pro regionální rozvoj a na něj navázaný Integrovaný regionální operační program. Cílem diplomové práce je ověření využití Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu na výsledcích v oblasti české kultury. Teoretická část je založena na rešerši odborné literatury, která se zabývá kulturou, vývojem regionální politiky České republiky a evropské regionální politiky. Více se věnuje Integrovanému regionálnímu operačnímu programu v období 2014–2020 a v období 2021-2027. Praktická část shrnuje možnosti čerpání prostředků z Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu z období 2014-2020 a jejich výsledky jako přínos pro kraje České republiky v oblasti kultury. Dále tato část obsahuje zkušenosti žadatelů z období 2021-2027. Na základě dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů jsou v závěru navržena doporučení v oblasti podpory české kultury pro současné a budoucí programové období Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the European Regional Development Fund and the Integrated Regional Operational Programme. The aim of the thesis is to verify the effect of the Integrated regional Operational Programme in the field of Czech culture. The theoretical part is based on a search of literature dealing with culture, the development of regional policy in the Czech Republic and European regional policy. The practical part summarises the possibilities of drawing funds from the Integrated Regional Operational Programme from the period 2014-2020 and their results as a benefit for the regions of the Czech Republic in the field of culture. Based on the questionnaire survey and interviews, this part also includes the experience of applicants from the period 2021-2027. Finally, recommendations are proposed in the area of support for Czech culture for the current and future programming period of the Integrated Regional Operational Programme. |
