| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje trh práce pohledem vzdělanostní a věkové struktury a komparuje vybrané ukazatele v ČR s krajem Vysočina. Cílem této práce je na základě vybraných ukazatelů zhodnotit situaci na trhu práce v letech 2012 – 2022. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní pojmy spojené s trhem práce a nezaměstnaností. V praktické části je rozebrána věková a vzdělanostní struktura. Také je provedena analýza uchazečů o zaměstnání a volných pracovních míst podle vzdělanostních kategorií. Z provedené analýzy vyplývá, že nejlepší postavení na trhu práce mají vysokoškolsky vzdělané osoby. Z pohledu věkové struktury práce dochází k závěru, že nejvíce ohroženou skupinou jsou mladí lidé do 29 let. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis analyzes the labor market from the perspective of educational and age structure and compares selected indicators in the Czech Republic with the Vysočina region. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the labor market situation based on selected indicators during the years 2012 – 2022. The theoretical part of the thesis describes basic concepts related to the labor market and unemployment. The practical part examines the age and educational structure. An analysis of job seekers and vacancies by educational categories is also conducted. The analysis suggests that the best position in the labor market is held by individuals with a university education. From the perspective of age structure, it is concluded that the most vulnerable group are young people under the age of 29. |
