| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vlivem veřejných financí na činnost sportovních judistických oddílů působících v České republice. V rámci výzkumného vzorku 15 judistických klubů je zde zjišťováno, jaký podíl na příjmech zkoumaných judistických klubů mají veřejné finance, jaké procento zkoumaných judistických klubů je schopné pokrýt své náklady bez příjmů z dotací a jaká je skladba příjmů a výdajů hospodářsky nej-úspěšnějšího klubu. Následně je zde pomocí Pearsonova korelačního koeficientu zkoumán vztah mezi finančními ukazateli klubů a jejich sociální a sportovní úspěš-ností. Je zde zjištěno přibližně 50% průměrné zastoupení veřejných financí na celkových příjmech judistických oddílů a závislost 14 z celkových 15 klubů na těch-to příjmech. Největší část příjmů hospodářsky nejúspěšnějšího klubu pochází z jeho vlastní činnosti. Kluby s vyšším hospodářským výsledkem mají obecně nižší za-stoupení příjmů z veřejných financí, bývají menší s kratší působností a menším počtem sledujících na sociálních sítích, přičemž požadují nižší členské příspěvky a mají vyšší účast na závodech vzhledem k počtu členů, tito závodníci však dosahují horších průměrných výsledků a kvality. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the influence of public finances on the activities of judo sports clubs operating in the Czech Republic. Within a research sample of 15 judo clubs, it is investigated what share of the income of the judo clubs under study is accounted for by public finance, what percentage of the judo clubs under study is able to cover their costs without income from subsidies and what is the composition of income and expenditure of the most economically successful club. Subsequently, the relationship between the financial indicators of the clubs and their social and sporting success is examined using Pearson's correlation coefficient. It is found that public finance accounts for approximately 50% on average of the total income of judo clubs and that 14 out of 15 clubs are dependent on that income. The largest part of the income of the most economically successful club comes from its own activities. Clubs with a higher economic performance generally have a lower representation of public revenue, tend to be smaller with shorter memberships and fewer social media followers, while requiring lower membership fees and having higher participation in competitions relative to the number of members, but these competitors have lower average results and quality. |
