| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku šikany u začínajících pracovníků v jejich první práci. Šikana v pracovním prostředí představuje závažný problém, který může negativně ovlivnit nejen jednotlivce, ale i organizace jako celek. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, jak vnímají šikanu na pracovišti začínající pracovníci ve své první práci na území České republiky. Dílčími cíli je analyzovat jejich zkušenosti s určitými typy a dále zjistit jakým způsobem se s šikanou vyrovnávají. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy, které se s šikanou pojí včetně konfliktů. Praktická část se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu, kdy jsou s osmi respondenty provedeny hloubkové rozhovory pro hlubší pochopení jejich zkušenosti. A v poslední části jsou diskutovány zjištěné výsledky, které jsou propojené s teoretickými poznatky. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of bullying among novice workers in their first job. Bullying in the workplace is a serious problem that can negatively affect not only individuals, but also organizations as a whole. The main goal of this work is to find out how novice workers in their first job in the Czech Republic perceive workplace bullying. The sub-goals are to analyze their experiences with certain types of bullying and to find out how they deal with it. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts associated with bullying, including conflicts. The practical part is devoted to qualitative research, where in-depth interviews are conducted with eight respondents for a deeper understanding of their experience. And in the last part, the found results are discussed and connected with theoretical knowledge. |
