| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přepravy zvířat při rostoucí důležitosti etických a welfare aspektů. Hlavním cílem je kritické zhodnocení současných metod přepravy zvířat, identifikace jejich etických aspektů a navržení opatření pro optimalizaci logistických procesů s ohledem na zlepšení welfare zvířat. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současných metod silniční přepravy zvířat, včetně technologických inovací. Důraz je kladen na legislativní rámec a etické aspekty, s vyhodnocením případů z reálné praxe, případových studií přepravních firem živých zvířat BOBY-FLEISCH spol. s r.o. a BETTY CZ s.r.o. a návrhem doporučení na základě metody „What if“. Výsledky práce představují potenciál pro lepší pochopení a zvýšení povědomí o etických aspektech a welfare přepravy zvířat, s praktickými výsledky k využití pro relevantní organizace a veřejnost. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of animal transport with the growing importance of ethical and welfare aspects. The main objective is to critically evaluate current methods of animal transport, identify their ethical aspects, and propose measures to optimize logistic processes with a focus on improving animal welfare. The thesis focuses on an analysis of current methods of road animal transportation, including technological innovations. Emphasis is placed on the legislative framework and ethical aspects, with an evaluation of cases from real practice, case studies of live animal transport companies BOBY-FLEISCH spol. s r.o. and BETTY CZ s.r.o. and a proposal of recommendations based on the “What if” method. The results of the thesis offer the potential for a better understanding and increased awareness of the ethical aspects and welfare of animal transport, with practical implications for relevant organizations and the public. |
