V dnešní době inovace hrají klíčovou role pro úspěch celé společnosti. Správně nastavená spolupráce s managementem může zlepšit postavení společnosti na svém trhu, zároveň nová inovace může otevřít společnosti dveře na nový trh. Tato bakalářská práce v teoretické části zkoumá spojitost managementu a inovací. Praktická část obsahuje současnou analýzu motivování k inovacím ve společnosti „ABC“ a analýzu silných a slabých stránek společnosti. Empirická část je doplněna dotazníkovým šetřením. Výsledky šetření byly ověřené Chí-kvadrát testem. Výstupy ukazují, že společnost „ABC“ efektivně motivuje nejen nových zaměstnanců, ale dlouhodobě pracujících. |

| Abstract: |
Nowadays, innovation plays a key role in the success of the whole company. Properly set up cooperation with management can improve the position of the company in its market; at the same time, an innovation can open the company to a new market. This bachelor thesis, in the theoretical part, explores the connection between management and innovation. The practical part includes a current analysis of the motivation for innovation in the company "ABC" and an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the company. The empirical part is supplemented by a questionnaire survey. The results of the investigation were verified by the Chi-square test. The outputs show that the company "ABC" effectively motivates not only new employees but also long-term workers. |
