| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dávek ze systému státní sociální podpory v Jihočeském, Karlovarském a Moravskoslezském kraji mezi lety 2013–2023, a to včetně jejich aktuálních výpočtů. Dílčím cílem této práce je ověření stanovené hypotézy, zda kraje s vysokou průměrnou hrubou mzdou přerozdělují více dávek, nežli kraje s nižší průměrnou hrubou mzdou. Teoretická část práce poskytuje základní literární rešerši důležitou pro pochopení souvislostí v praktické části. V praktické části je následně provedena analýza vývoje dávek státní sociální podpory v České republice i ve zvolených krajích včetně aspektů, které tento vývoj mohou ovlivnit. Výsledky analýzy ukazují, že mezi klíčové aspekty ovlivňující vývoj dávek státní sociální podpory ve zvolených krajích patří nezaměstnanost, zvyšující se průměrná hrubá mzda a míra porodnosti, která ovlivňuje rodičovský příspěvek jako majoritní dávku ze systému státní sociální podpory. Součástí výsledku práce je potvrzení stanovené hypotézy, že kraje s vysokou hrubou mzdou přerozdělují více dávek nežli kraje s nižší průměrnou hrubou mzdou. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of benefits from the state social support system in the South Bohemia, Karlovy Vary and Moravia-Silesia regions between 2013–2023, including their current calculations. The partial aim of this thesis is to test the hypothesis whether regions with high average gross wages redistribute more benefits than regions with lower average gross wages. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a basic literature search important for understanding the context in the practical part. The practical part then analyses the development of state social assistance benefits in the Czech Republic and in the selected regions, including aspects that may influence this development. The results of the analysis show that the key aspects influencing the development of state social support benefits in the selected regions include unemployment, increasing average gross wages and the birth rate, which affects parental allowance as the majority benefit from the state social support system. Part of the result of the thesis is the confirmation of the hypothesis that counties with high gross wages redistribute more benefits than counties with lower average gross wages. |
