| Abstract: | Práce zkoumá uplatnění absolventů oboru Zpěv na Pražské konzervatoři na trhu práce v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak jsou absolventi oboru Zpěv na Pražské konzervatoři připraveni na vstup do pracovního života, a identifikovat hlavní faktory ovlivňující jejich uplatnění. Zjištění ukazují, že přestože pedagogický přístup konzervatoře kvalitně připravuje studenty na technické a umělecké aspekty profese, mnozí absolventi čelí výzvám při zajištění stabilního zaměstnání v oblasti umění a vstup na trh v tomto odvětví vnímají jako obtížný. Absolventi v kvantitativním šetření doporučují, aby škola více reflektovala požadavky trhu práce a podporovala rozvoj podnikatelských dovedností studentů. |

| Abstract: | The study explores the employment of graduates from the Singing specialization at the Prague Conservatory in the Czech Republic job market. The goal of the study is to determine how well-prepared graduates of the Singing program at the Prague Conservatory are for entering the workforce and to identify the main factors influencing their employment. Findings show that although the conservatory's pedagogical approach effectively prepares students for the technical and artistic aspects of the profession, many graduates face challenges in securing stable employment in the arts sector and perceive entering this market as difficult. Graduates in the quantitative survey recommend that the school should better reflect job market requirements and support the development of students' entrepreneurial skills. |
