| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj mlékárenského průmyslu v Československu v období 1955–1965. Jejím cílem je ověřit pravdivost hypotézy, že v průběhu sledovaných let došlo k nárůstu spotřeby primární suroviny odvětví, tedy mléka. První část práce nastiňuje vývoj mlékárenského průmyslu od začátku 20. století do roku 1955, zároveň popisuje výchozí faktory a dopady plánované ekonomiky, kolektivizaci a definuje ekonomické veličiny a jejich vztah k národohospodářskému plánování, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části. Druhá část zkoumá konkrétní aspekty vývoje zemědělství, hodnotí plnění a cíle pětiletých plánů a dále navazuje analýzou komparace mlékařství s vybranými ekonomickými veličinami. Výsledkem je zamítnutí hypotézy o nárůstu spotřeby primární suroviny, tedy mléka, neboť z podložených dat dochází k poklesu mléka ve sledovaném období ovlivněné ekonomickými a zemědělskými podmínkami nebo změnami preference spotřebitele. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyses the development of the dairy industry in Czechoslovakia in the period 1955-1965. Its aim is to test the truth of the hypothesis that the consumption of the primary raw material of the industry, i.e. milk, increased during the years under study. The first part of the thesis outlines the development of the dairy industry from the beginning of the 20th century to 1955, while describing the initial factors and effects of the planned economy, collectivization and defining the economic variables and their relationship to national economic planning, which are then applied in the practical part. The second part examines specific aspects of agricultural development, assesses the implementation and objectives of the five-year plans, and follows with an analysis comparing dairying with selected economic variables. As a result, the hypothesis of an increase in the consumption of the primary commodity, milk, is rejected as the underlying data shows a decline in milk consumption over the period under study, influenced by economic and agricultural conditions or changes in consumer preference. |
