| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou vybraného podniku. Zkoumaným podnikem je Amplla, a.s., který se specializuje na výrobu inovativních hasících přístrojů. Cílem této bakalářské práce je za pomoci zjištění ze strategické analýzy vytvořit závěrečné doporučení na současné a budoucí fungovaní daného podniku. V rámci zkoumaní je využito analýzy makroprostředí, mikroprostředí a vnitřních zdrojů a schopností společnosti. Nejdříve jsou použité analýzy vysvětleny v teoretické části a později implementovány na zkoumaný podnik v části praktické. Po dokončení analýz dochází k syntéze výsledků a průzkumu vlivů mezi nimi. Závěrem práce je shrnutí strategické analýzy a doporučení pro společnost Amplla, a.s., které vychází z předchozích zjištění. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of a selected company. The company under investigation is Amplla, a.s., which specializes in the production of innovative fire extinguishing devices. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create final recommendations for the current and future operation of the company based on findings from the strategic analysis. The examination utilizes analyses of the macro-environment, micro-environment, and internal resources and capabilities of the company. Initially, the analyses are explained in the theoretical part and later implemented on the examined company in the practical section. After completing the analyses, the results are synthesized, and the influences between them are explored. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the strategic analysis and provides recommendations for Amplla, a.s., based on the preceding findings. |
