| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotně postiženými a jejich úspěšnou integrací ve firmě. Jejím hlavním cílem bylo zhodnotit současný stav zdravotně znevýhodněných osob na trhu práce a objasnit jakými způsoby firmy tyto osoby úspěšně integrují do pracovního procesu. K naplnění tohoto cíle bylo v rámci kvalitativního výzkumu využito polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci a zaměstnanci třech vybraných pražských organizací, které se zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním znevýhodněním věnují. Teoretická část je věnována základním pojmům souvisejícím se zdravotním postižením, dále je popsán trh práce v České republice, chráněný trh práce či společenská odpovědnost firem. Na závěr byly shrnuty konkrétní způsoby úspěšné integrace vybraných organizací, jež vyplynuly z kvalitativního výzkumu. Objasněno bylo i to, jak velkou roli hraje zaměstnání v životě samotných zdravotně znevýhodněných. Z této práce vyplynuly klíčové aspekty a přístupy, které úspěšnou integraci zdravotně znevýhodněných podporují. Na základě výsledků této práce je zcela zřejmé, jak klíčové je podporovat rozmanitost v pracovním prostředí, která je prospěšná jak zainteresovaným jednotlivcům a organizacím, tak celé společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the disabled and their successful integration in the company. Its main objective was to evaluate the current state of disabled in the labour market and to explain the ways in whcich companies successfully integrate these people into the workforce. In order to achieve this goal, the qualitative research used semistructured interviews with representatives and employees of three selected Prague organisations that are involved in the empolyment of people with disabilities. The theoretical part is devoted to basics concepts related to disability, the labour market in the Czech Republic, the protected labour market and corporate social responsibility are described. Finally, specific ways of successful integration of the selected organisations that emerged from the qualitative research are summarised. The role of employment in the lives of the disabled themselves was also explained. Key aspects and approaches that support the successful integration of the disabled emerged from this thesis. Based on the results of this thesis, it is very clear how crucial it is to promote diversity in the work environment, which benefits both the individuals and organisations involved and society as a whole. |
