| Abstract: | V teoretické části práce je charakterizován nepodmíněný základní příjem, je popsán historický vývoj včetně provedených experimentů a jejich výsledků. Dále jsou představeny koncepty možného nastavení tohoto typu příjmu. Praktická část práce analyzuje na několika variantách nákladnost nepodmíněného základního příjmu na příkladu České republiky a toto doplňuje analýzou rozhovorů s odborníky zabývajícími se hospodářskou politikou. Zkoumáno je, zda je nepodmíněný základní příjem relevantní substitucí současného systému sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. Tímto práce přináší celistvý vhled do problematiky. Hlavním zjištěním práce je, že se nepodmíněný základní příjem ukazuje jako neefektivní řešení, jak z hlediska alokace státní podpory, tak své nákladnosti. To potvrzuje nejen kvantitativní část, ale i analýza rozhovorů s odborníky. Nepodmíněný základní příjem je multioborové téma, o kterém je hojně diskutováno, neexistuje však mnoho relevantních empirických důkazů, které by potvrzovali teoretické přínosy tohoto konceptu,přesto je k tématu přistupováno s respektem, který si zaslouží. |

| Abstract: | In the theoretical part of the thesis, the unconditional basic income is characterized, the historical development is described, including the experiments carried out and their results. Furthermore, concepts of possible settings of this type of income are presented. The practical part of the thesis analyses the costliness of the unconditional basic income on several variants using the example of the Czech Republic and complements this with an analysis of interviews with experts in economic policy. It examines whether unconditional basic income is a relevant substitute for the current social security system in the Czech Republic. In this way, the thesis provides a comprehensive insight into the issue. The main finding of the thesis is that unconditional basic income turns out to be an inefficient solution, both in terms of the allocation of state support and its costliness. This is confirmed not only by the quantitative part but also by the analysis of interviews with experts. Unconditional basic income is a multidisciplinary topic that is widely discussed, but there is not much relevant empirical evidence to support the theoretical merits of the concept, yet the topic is treated with the respect it deserves. |
