| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu financování a strukturální změny v československé armádě v období od roku 1950 do roku 1965 s důrazem na vliv politických událostí a ekonomických podmínek tohoto období. Práce odhaluje, jak politické čistky, reformy a mezinárodní politické tlaky ovlivnily strukturu a financování armády v kontextu studené války. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vlivu sovětizace na armádu a reforem s ní spojenou. Hlavní přidanou hodnotou práce je komplexní syntéza ekonomických a politologických analýz, které společně poskytují nový pohled na interakce mezi vojenskými a politickými aspekty československý obranné politiky. Práce přináší poznatky o tom, jak strukturální reformy a financování ovlivnily adaptabilitu a efektivitu armády v reakci na vnější a vnitřní výzvy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesisi focuses on the analysisi of financing and structural changes of the Czechoslovak army from 1950 to 1965, emphasizing the impact of political events and economic conditions during thist period. The work reveals how political purges, reforms and international political pressures influenced the structure and financing of the army in the context of the Cold War. Special attention is given to the impact of Sovietization on the army and the associated reforms. The main added value of the work is a comprehensive synthesis of economic and political analyses, whitch together provide a new perspective on the interactions between military and political aspects of Czechoslovak defense policy. The work brings insights into how structural reforms and financing affected the adaptability and effectiveness of the army in response to external and internal challenges. |
