| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou systému motivace ve společnosti SA Trade, s. r. o. Hlavní cíl a přínos této práce je návrh opatření ke zlepšení systému motivace v této společnosti. Tento cíl je doplněn dílčími cíli, kterými jsou shrnutí základních teoretických východisek, zjištění současné úrovně spokojenosti zaměstnanců se systémem motivace a rozpoznání silných a slabých stránek stávajícího motivačního systému. Hlavní cíl této práce byl naplněn pomocí výzkumného šetření. Jednalo se o kombinaci kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody, a to dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Závěrem práce je analýza výsledku výzkumného šetření a formulace návrhů a doporučení pro společnost SA Trade, s. r. o. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the motivation system in SA Trade, s. r. o. This thesis's main aim and contribution is the proposal of measures to improve the motivation system in this company. This aim is complemented by secondary aims, which are summarizing the essential theoretical foundations, identifying the current level of employee satisfaction with the motivation system, and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the current motivation system. The main objective of this thesis was fulfilled using a research investigation. It combined quantitative and qualitative methods, specifically questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The paper concludes with an analysis of the result of the research investigation and the formulation of suggestions and recommendations for SA Trade, s. r. o. |
