| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení přínosu dobrovolnické práce na příkladu malých benefičních aktivit v projektu Světluška. V první části jsou vymezeny hlavní pojmy týkající se dobrovolnictví, dále je pojednáno o různých typech dobrovolnické činnosti a o dobrovolnictví v České republice se zaměřením na dobrovolnictví v kultuře. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jakou mají vybrané aktivity ekonomickou hodnotu a pomocí stanovených metod určit jejich míru efektivity. Data potřebná k dosažení těchto cílů jsou získána od vybraných respondentů v rámci kvalitativního výzkumu. Na základě dat získaných od respondentů se stanoví výpočet efektivity malých benefičních akcí pro Světlušku a tím dojde ke zjištění, jaká je návratnost investic do dobrovolníků v rámci těchto aktivit s ohledem na vynaložené vstupy. V závěru dojde k analýze výsledků pro každou aktivitu, jejich meziročnímu srovnání a stanovení doporučení pro práci s dobrovolníky v osvětovém projektu Světluška. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the evaluation of the benefits of volunteer work on the example of small fundraising activities in the Světluška project. In the first part, the main concepts related to volunteering are defined, then various types of volunteering and volunteering in the Czech Republic are discussed, with a focus on volunteering in culture. The thesis aim is to find out what economic value the selected activities have and to determine their level of effectiveness by means of defined methods. The data needed to achieve these goals are obtained from selected respondents as part of qualitative research. Using the selected method, the calculation of the effectiveness of small fundraising activities for Světluška is determined and thus the return on investment in volunteers within the small fundraising activities with respect to the input from volunteers is determined. Finally, the results for each activity will be analysed, compared year-on-year and recommendations for working with volunteers in the Světluška outreach project will be determined. |
