| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na strategickou analýzu zavedeného rodinného podniku. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě vybraných analýz rodinného podniku a jeho okolí podat strategická doporučení, která povedou ke zlepšení podnikové strategie. Tento cíl je naplněn analýzou vnějšího okolí a vnitřních zdrojů podniku. Zvoleny jsou tyto analýzy: PESTEL, Porterův model 5 sil, finanční a VRIO analýza. Dále jsou na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů analyzovány aspekty spojené s rodinným podnikáním, jako je problematika nástupnictví, rodinného sociálního kapitálu a socioemocionálního bohatství. Všechny výsledky jsou sumarizovány ve SWOT analýze. Na základě všech zjištěných informací jsou podána strategická doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the strategic analysis of an established family business. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide strategic recommendations based on selected analyses of the family business and its environment that will lead to an improvement of the corporate strategy. This objective is fulfilled by analyzing the external environment and internal resources of the business. PESTEL, Porter's 5 forces model and VRIO are chosen as the selected analyses. Furthermore, aspects related to family business such as succession issues, family social capital and socio-emotional wealth are analyzed based on semi-structured interviews. All results are summarized in a SWOT analysis. Based on all the information found, strategic recommendations are made. |
