| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na českém trhu práce. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda zaměstnávání těchto osob má ekonomické výhody pro firmy v porovnání se zaměstnáváním osob bez omezení. Práce propojuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti českého právního řádu s praktickou ukázkou konkrétní firmy. K získání potřebných dat byl použit polostrukturovaný rozhovor s personální ředitelkou sledované firmy. Z informací získaných z praktické a teoretické části byl sestaven výpočet celkových nákladů na zaměstnance se zdravotním postižením a přínosů těchto zaměstnanců. Hlavní zjištění práce ukazuje, že ačkoliv existují náklady, které mohou být výrazné, úspory v podobě daňových úlev a příspěvků dokážou výrazně snížit tyto náklady a přinést ekonomickou výhodnost. Dále práce vyzdvihuje výhody v podobě sociální odpovědnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employment of people with disabilities on the Czech labour market. The main aim of the thesis is to find out whether employing these people has economic advantages for companies compared to employing people without disabilities. The thesis combines theoretical knowledge of the Czech legal system with a practical example of a specific company. To obtain the necessary data, a semi-structured interview with the HR director of the company in question was used. From the information obtained from the practical and theoretical part, a calculation of the total costs and benefits of employees with disabilities was made. The main finding of the thesis shows that although there are costs that can be significant, the savings in the form of tax credits and allowances can significantly reduce these costs and bring economic benefits. Furthermore, this thesis highlights the benefits in the form of social responsibility. |
