| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv návštěvnosti na zápasech 1. české fotbalové ligy na výkony týmu a jejich celkové umístění mezi sezónami 2016/2017 až 2021/2022. Návštěvností je v této práci myšlena procentuální obsazenost stadionu. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jakým způsobem se procentuální návštěvnost na zápasech týmu projevuje na jeho sportovní výkony a pozici v ligové tabulce. Výzkum zahrnuje porovnání dat z období před pandemií COVID-19 s daty z období po ní. Pomocí regresní analýzy identifikujeme vztahy mezi proměnnými a jejich vlivem na výsledky. Výsledky analýzy naznačují významný vliv návštěvnosti na výkony týmu. Zvláště během období po začátku pandemie je procentuální návštěvnost spojena s výraznějším poklesem umístění v ligové tabulce. Výsledky ukazují, že pandemie měla významný dopad na dynamiku fotbalové ligy a na faktory ovlivňující sportovní výkony týmů. Týmy byly více závislé na návštěvnosti a svých fanoušcích. Tato práce přináší nový pohled na vztah mezi návštěvností na fotbalových zápasech a výkony týmů v kontextu pandemie COVID-19. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis examines the effect of attendance at matches of the 1st Czech Football League on team performance and their overall ranking between the seasons 2016/2017 to 2021/2022. Attendance in this thesis means the percentage fullness of stadium occupancy. The aim of this thesis is to analyse how the percentage of attendance at a team's matches affects its sporting performance and its position in the league table. The research involves comparing data from before the COVID-19 pandemic with data from after the pandemic. Regression analysis is used to identify the relationships between variables and their effects on outcomes. The results of theanalysis suggest a significant effect of attendance on team performance. Particularly during the post-pandemic period, attendance percentage is associated with a more pronounced decline in league table rankings. The results show that the pandemic had a significant impact on the dynamics of the football league and on the factors affecting the teams' sporting performance. Teams were more dependent on attendance and their fans. This paper provides a new perspective on the relationship between attendance at football matches and team performance in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. |
