| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce bude zjistit klíčové faktory pracovních podmínek, se kterými zaměstnanci mnou zvoleného hotelu (dále jen Kongres hotelu XYZ) jsou spokojeni a se kterými ne. Následně po provedeném výzkumu se pokusím identifikovat oblasti potřebující zlepšení a navrhnout doporučení pro management hotelu, která by vedla ke zlepšení spokojenosti jejich zaměstnanců, což by mělo přispět k lepším rozhodnutím v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a organizačním změnám a následně mohlo vést ke zlepšení práce hotelu celkově. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické časti jsou popsány nejdůležitější pojmy této práce, které slouží jako podklad pro část praktickou. V praktické častí jsem použila kombinovaný přístup, který se skládal z dotazníkového šetření mezi všemi zaměstnanci a také z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů mezi vybranými zaměstnanci na různých pozicích. Na základě získaných dat byla provedena tematická analýza, která odhalila, s jakými pracovními podmínkami zaměstnanci Kongres hotelu XYZ jsou a se kterými nejsou spokojeni. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor's thesis will be to find out the key factors of the working conditions with which the employees of the hotel I have chosen (hereafter Congress Hotel XYZ) are satisfied and with which they are not. And then, after the research, identify the areas in need of improvement and propose recommendations for the hotel management to improve the satisfaction of its employees, which should contribute to better decisions in the field of human resource management and organizational changes, which could subsequently lead to an improvement in the work of the hotel overall. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I have described the most important concepts of this work, which serve as a basis for the practical part. In the practical part, I used a combined approach, which consisted of a questionnaire survey among all employees and semi-structured interviews among selected employees in different positions. Based on the obtained data, an thematic analysis was carried out and revealed which working conditions the employees of Congress Hotel XYZ were satisfied with and which were not. |
