| Abstract: | Práce popisuje návrh developerského projektu na území Palmovka v městské části Praha 8 z pohledu komerčního developera. Cílem práce je zamyslet se nad urbanistickým pojetím celé lokality a navrhnout vhodné řešení zástavby tak, aby uspokojila aktuální potřeby městské části pro navýšení kapacit dostupného bydlení a občanské vybavenosti. Záměrem je vytvořit nové centrum dění v dané lokalitě. Práce je rozdělena na obchodní, stavební, právní a finanční část, přičemž každá je řešena formou případové studie a využívá různých metod a analýz. Výsledkem je detailní plán výstavby projektu, který by případně mohl být využit pro budoucí rozvoj celého území. |

| Abstract: | The thesis describes the design of a development project in the area of Palmovka in the city district of Prague 8 from the point of view of a commercial developer. The aim of the thesis is to think about the urban concept of the whole district and to propose a suitable solution for the development to satisfy the current needs of the city district to increase the capacity of affordable housing and civic amenities. The intention is to create a new center in the location. The thesis is divided into business, construction, legal and financial parts, each of which is solved in the form of a case study and uses different methods and analyses. The result is a detailed plan for the construction and implementation of the whole project, which could eventually be used for the future development of the entire area. |
