| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je věnována systematické analýze klíčových faktorů ovlivňujících strategické rozhodování společnosti v neustále se měnícím prostředí. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice strategické analýzy a poskytuje teoretický základ pro praktickou část práce. Praktická část následně aplikuje strategické metody a analýzy na konkrétní společnost, s cílem získat konkrétní vhled do společnosti. Závěrečná část práce spočívá v syntéze získaných výsledků prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy a následně jsou formulována strategická doporučení s cílem podpořit rozvoj a perspektivní růst zkoumaného podniku. Tímto postupem se dosahuje primárního cíle práce, který spočívá v identifikaci klíčových faktorů a formulaci konkrétních strategických doporučení s přihlédnutím k budoucímu vývoji společnosti Wallex sport s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is devoted to a systematic analysis of the key factors influencing the strategic decision-making of the company in a constantly changing environment. The theoretical part deals with the issue of strategic analysis and provides a theoretical basis for the practical part of the thesis. The practical part then applies strategic methods and analyses to a specific company, with the aim of gaining a specific insight into the company. The final part of the thesis consists in the synthesis of the obtained results through SWOT analysis and then strategic recommendations are formulated in order to support the development and prospective growth of the examined company. This procedure achieves the primary goal of the thesis, which is to identify key factors and formulate specific strategic recommendations with regard to the future development of Wallex sport s.r.o. |
