| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti SOR Libchavy spol. s r.o. Cílem této práce je posoudit aktuální stav podniku pomocí vybraných nástrojů strategické analýzy a následně formulovat strategická doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj společnosti. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny klíčové pojmy týkající se strategie podniku a představeny vybrané nástroje strategické a finanční analýzy. Mezi ně patří PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýza, finanční analýza, analýza odvětví a portfolio analýza. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na aplikaci vybraných analýz na konkrétní podnik SOR Libchavy. Na závěr jsou prezentována doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj podniku, která vycházejí z výsledků SWOT analýzy a závěrečné syntézy. Tato část práce by měla posloužit jako klíčový nástroj pro podnik SOR s cílem dosáhnout perspektivního vývoje a zisků v budoucnu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the company SOR Libchavy spol. s r.o. The aim of this thesis is to assess the current state of the company using selected tools of strategic analysis and then formulate strategic recommendations for the future development of the company. The theoretical part explains the key concepts related to the company's strategy and introduces selected tools of strategic and financial analysis. These include PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, VRIO analysis, financial analysis, industry analysis and portfolio analysis. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the application of the selected analyses to the specific enterprise SOR Libchavy. Finally, recommendations for the future development of the company are presented based on the results of the SWOT analysis and the final synthesis. This part of the thesis should serve as a key tool for the SOR enterprise in order to achieve prospective development and profits in the future. |
