| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout řešení, která povedou k lepší regulaci vizuálního smogu v Olomouci, zejména v městské památkové rezervaci a jejím ochranném pásmu, a to na základě analýzy stávající situace, literární rešerše a především rozhovorů s hlavními aktéry. V práci jsou specifikovány závazné legislativní předpisy a následně jsou identifikovány možnosti regulace reklamy, kterými disponuje město Olomouc. Práce přináší ucelený pohled na současnou situaci nejen v historicky nejcennějším území města, identifikuje klíčové problémy a navrhuje jejich adekvátní řešení prostřednictvím dostupných nástrojů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to propose solutions that will lead to better regulation of visual smog in Olomouc, especially in the urban conservation area and its protection zone, based on an analysis of the situation, literature research and especially interviews with the main actors. The thesis specifies the legislative regulations and then identifies the possibilities of advertising regulation available to the city of Olomouc. The thesis provides a comprehensive view of the current situation not only in the most historically valuable area of the city, identifies the key problems and proposes their adequate solutions through the available tools. |
