| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast oceňování nemovitých věcí. Cílem práce je provést komparaci metod oceňování nemovitostí a na základě teoretických poznatků provést ocenění konkrétního rodinného domu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou části. První, teoretická část, vystihuje základní pojmy z oblasti oceňování. Její součástí je část metodologická, ve které jsou detailně rozebrány použité v praktické části oceňovací přístupy: administrativní a tržní. Praktická část práce se věnuje stanovení hodnoty rodinného domu a zohledňuje rekapitulaci dosažených výsledků, poté následuje závěr obsahující shrnutí bakalářské práce. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on real estate valuation. The aim of the thesis is to compare valuation methods and, based on theoretical knowledge, conduct the valuation of a specific family house. The dissertation is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, covers fundamental concepts of valuation. It also includes a methodological section where the administrative and market valuation approaches used in the practical part are discussed in detail. The practical part is dedicated to determining the value of the family house and includes a recapitulation of the obtained results. This is followed by a conclusion containing a summary of the bachelor thesis. |
