| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí metod strategické analýzy zhodnotit současný stav společnosti VEBLO a.s. a navrhnout seznam doporučení pro její dlouhodobý vývoj. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá klíčovými pojmy a metodami strategické analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány v části praktické. Na úvod praktické části je představena společnost VEBLO a.s. následně je použita PESTLE analýza, analýza odvětví, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýza, finanční analýza a portfolio analýza. V rámci SWOT analýzy jsou následně shrnuty nejpodstatnější příležitosti, hrozby, silné a slabé stránky společnosti. Závěr práce se zaměřuje na celkové posouzení společnosti na základě získaných poznatků a přináší možné návrhy pro její dlouhodobý vývoj. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the current state of the company VEBLO a.s. using the methods of strategic analysis. and propose a list of recommendations for its long-term development. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with key concepts and methods of strategic analysis, which are subsequently applied in the practical part. At the beginning of the practical part, the company VEBLO a.s. is introduced, followed by, PESTLE analysis, industry analysis, Porter's five forces model, VRIO analysis, financial analysis and portfolio analysis. The most important opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of the company are subsequently summarized within the scope of the SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis focuses on the overall assessment of the company based on the knowledge gained and brings possible recommendations for its long-term development. |
