| Abstract: | Předmětem práce je barokní objekt Valdštejnské lodžie, klíčová součást komponované krajiny v okolí Jičína. Cílem práce je pomocí matice Balanced Scorecard analyzovat činnost neziskové organizace Valdštejnské imaginárium a navrhnout doporučení pro její další rozvoj. Diskutuje vhodnost použitých animačních metod i práci s dobrovolníky. Výsledky práce je možné do určité míry zobecnit i na další špičkové barokní památky v menších městech nebo v krajině. Výzkum sleduje, jak lze obhájit menšinové umělecké žánry v prostředí (a ekonomických podmínkách) malého města. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the thesis is the Baroque structure of the Wallenstein Loggia, a key part of the composed landscape around Jičín. The thesis analyzes the activities of the non-profit organization Wallenstein Imaginarium with the tool Balanced Scorecard and seeks recommendations for its further development. It discusses the appropriateness of the animation methods used and the work with volunteers. The results of the thesis can be to some extent generalized to other top Baroque monuments in smaller towns or in the countryside. The research examines how minority artistic genres can be defended in the environment (and economic conditions) of a small town. |
