| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení spravedlivé hodnoty společnosti AGRIMEX Vestec a.s. k 31. 12. 2019. Stanovení hodnoty je provedeno za účelem plánované fúze. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o metodách ocenění podniku a popis postupu stanovení hodnoty, který je posléze použit v praktické části. Praktická část obsahuje finanční a strategickou analýzu, analýzu generátorů hodnoty, finanční plán a výstupem praktické části je stanovení hodnoty společnosti AGRIMEX Vestec a.s. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to determine the fair value of AGRIMEX Vestec a.s. as of 31 December 2019. The determination of the value is made for the purpose of the planned merger. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains basic information about the methods of valuation of the company and a description of the procedure of determining the value, which is subsequently used in the practical part. The practical part contains financial and strategic analysis, analysis of value generators, financial plan and the output of the practical part is the determination of the value of AGRIMEX Vestec a.s. |
