| Abstract: | Předmětem zkoumání této diplomové práce je tvorba a validace digitálního business modelu v rané fázi. Cílem digitálního projektu Upfesto je poskytnout veřejnosti jednotný nástroj pro tvorbu a organizaci volnočasových událostí a eventů. V první části jsou definované pojmy vztahující se k tomuto tématu, představeny teoretické rámce pro tvorbu a vývoj business modelu a jejich přístupu k validaci. V druhé části je prakticky uplatněn vybraný teoretický rámec a je zkoumán pokus o dosažení validace. Z tohoto důvodu bylo vyvinuto digitální MVP sloužící k měření chování uživatelů a sběru zpětné vazby. Na základě získaných poznatků je business model upraven a proveden další pokus o validaci. Nakonec jsou shrnuty a vyhodnoceny výsledky a vyvozena praktická doporučení pro digitální podnikatele. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is the development and validation of a digital business model at an early stage. The aim of the Upfesto digital project is to provide the public with a unified tool for the creation and organization of leisure events. The first part defines the concepts related to this topic, introduces the theoretical frameworks for business model development and their validation approach. In the second part, the selected theoretical framework is practically applied and an attempt to achieve validation is examined. For this purpose, a digital MVP was developed to measure user behaviour and collect feedback. Based on the findings, the business model was modified and further validation attempt was conducted. Finally, the results are summarized and evaluated and practical recommendations for digital entrepreneurs are derived. |
