| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je představit českým rodinám i dalším vybraným ekonomickým subjektům potravinového řetězce způsoby boje proti zbytečnému vyhazování potravin. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s pojmy konzumerismus a konzumní společnost a dále rozebírá plýtvání potravinami a jeho důsledky. Praktická část se zaměřuje na metody boje proti plýtvání potravinami se zaměřením na Českou republiku. Prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů proběhl sběr primárních dat, která poskytla důležitá východiska vedoucí k návrhům nových možností boje proti plýtvání potravinami. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Bachelor ́s Thesis is to present methods of combating unnecessary food waste to Czech families and other selected economic subjects of the food chain. The Thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the concepts of consumerism and consumer society and further analyzes food waste and its consequences. The practical part focuses on methods of combating food waste with a focus on the Czech Republic. Primary data was collected through semi-structured interviews, which provided important starting points leading to suggestions for new ways of combating food waste. |
