| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zkoumat, zda a jak jsou etické kodexy aplikovány v praxi v rámci rozhodování, na což je nahlíženo optikou etického dilematu při katastrofách. Teoretická část vymezuje důležité pojmy související s humanitární pomocí. Dále přibližuje vybrané etické kodexy, které jsou uplatňovány v rámci organizací. Zaměřuje se na problematiku rozhodování během krizí a na psychologické faktory, které rozhodování ovlivňují. Dále jsou vymezena etická dilemata, která mohou nastat během humanitárních projektů. Praktická část pak zjišťuje, pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, s jakými etickými dilematy se humanitární pracovníci setkávají v praxi a jak jsou na tato dilemata aplikovatelné etické kodexy. V závěru práce jsou zpracovány výsledky výzkumu a uvedená doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to examine whether and how ethical codes are applied in practice in decision-making, which is viewed through the lens of the ethical dilemma in disaster situations. The theoretical part defines important concepts related to humanitarian aid. It also presents selected codes of ethics that are applied within organizations. It focuses on the issue of decision-making during crises and the psychological factors that influence decision-making. It also identifies ethical dilemmas that may arise during humanitarian projects. The practical part then identifies, through qualitative research, what ethical dilemmas humanitarian workers encounter in practice and how ethical codes are applicable to these dilemmas. The thesis concludes with the results of the research and the recommendations made. |
