| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je formulace strategických doporučení pro společnost Dachser Czech Republic, které budou založené na výsledcích provedené strategické analýzy. Díky strategické analýze může podnik zjistit své silné a slabé stránky a odhalit možné hrozby a příležitosti. V práci jsou nejprve popsány základní pojmy a metody strategické analýzy tvořící teoretickou část a následně jsou tyto metody v části praktické aplikovány na společnost Dachser Czech Republic. Praktická část je dále rozdělena na analýzu okolí a analýzu vnitřních zdrojů. Výsledky těchto analýz byly dále využity pro tvorbu analýzy SWOT a analýzy rizika. Závěr praktické části je věnován formulaci konkrétních strategických doporučení pro podnik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to formulate strategic recommendations for Dachser Czech Republic based on the results of the strategic analysis. Thanks to the strategic analysis, the company can identify its strengths and weaknesses and discover possible threats and opportunities. The thesis first describes the basic concepts and methods of strategic analysis forming the theoretical part and then these methods are applied to Dachser Czech Republic in the practical part. The practical part is further divided into the analysis of the environment and the analysis of internal resources. The results of these analyses were further used to create a SWOT analysis and a risk analysis. The conclusion of the practical part is devoted to the formulation of specific strategic recommendations for the company. |
