| Abstract: | Kulturní a společenské prostředí a dění pozitivně ovlivňuje spokojenost občanů, přispívá k lepšímu životu společnosti a celého místa. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení kulturní infrastruktury a vybavenosti města Úvaly, zmapování zdejší kulturní nabídky, spokojenosti a informovanosti občanů a způsobů a míry financování. V teoretické části se pojednává o lokální kultuře, občanské vybavenosti, infrastruktuře a možnostech financování kultury v podmínkách ČR. Praktická část obsahuje interpretaci výsledků provedeného dotazníkového šetření mezi obyvateli Úval a okolí zastupující reprezentativní vzorek místního obyvatelstva. Hlavním výsledkem a přínosem práce jsou autorská doporučení a návrhy vyplývající z výsledku průzkumu a podnětů od zástupců a aktérů místního dění. Závěry práce mohou být podkladem pro místní samosprávu při tvoření strategického dokumentu určeného k dalšímu plánování, rozvoji a zlepšení situace místní kultury. |

| Abstract: | The cultural and social environment and events positively influence citizens' satisfaction, contributing to a better life in society and the entire place. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis and evaluation of the cultural infrastructure and amenities of the city of Úvaly, the mapping of the local cultural offer, the satisfaction and awareness of citizens, and the methods and level of financing. The theoretical part discusses local culture, civic amenities, infrastructure, and the possibilities of financing culture in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The practical part contains an interpretation of the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among the residents of Úvaly and the surrounding area, representing a representative sample of the local population. The main results and contributions of the work are the author's recommendations and proposals based on the survey results and suggestions from representatives and participants at local events. The conclusions of the work can be a basis for local self-government when creating a strategic document intended for further planning, development, and improvement of local culture. |
