| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí divadelních budov na příkladu Hudebního divadla Karlín a Divadla na Vinohradech. Práce si klade za cíl popsat změny, které v provozu, i dalších činnostech divadla, rekonstrukce vyvolává. Druhým cílem je pak objasnění faktorů, které mají vliv na rekonstrukci jako takovou. Těchto cílů se práce snaží dosahovat pomocí kvalitativní metody, konkrétně analýzy hloubkových rozhovorů a BMC modelů. Práce postupuje systematicky, nejprve porovnává BMC (Business Model Canvas) modely obou divadel, pro lepší porozumění jejich provozů a činností. Následně analyzuje již proběhlou rekonstrukci Hudebního divadla Karlín. V poslední řadě práce analyzuje dosavadní postup rekonstrukce Divadla na Vinohradech a vyvozuje pro další průběh doporučení a návrhy, které vyplývají z analýzy již proběhlé rekonstrukce v Karlíně. |

| Abstract: | The study focuses on the reconstruction of theatre buildings using the examples of Karlín Musical Theatre and Vinohradské Theatre. The aim is to describe the changes that reconstruction brings to the operations and other activities of the theatres. The second objective is to clarify the factors influencing the reconstruction process itself. These objectives are pursued through a qualitative method, specifically by analyzing in-depth interviews and BMC (Business Model Canvas) models. The study proceeds systematically, initially comparing the BMC models of both theatres to better understand their operations and activities. Subsequently, it analyzes the completed reconstruction of Karlín Musical Theatre. Lastly, the study examines the current progress of Vinohradské Theatre's reconstruction and draws recommendations and proposals for the future based on the analysis of the completed Karlín reconstruction. |
